Troubleshooting
My site shows a 404 after deploying
Make sure your upload includes an index.html file at the root level. RoastHive uses this as the entry point for your site. If it's missing, visitors will see a 404 error.
My changes aren't showing up
Try a hard refresh in your browser: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac. Your browser may be showing a cached version of the old site.
If that doesn't help, check that your deployment completed successfully — look for the green checkmark on your site's dashboard page.
My custom domain isn't working yet
DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to take effect. If it's been less than that, wait a little longer and check again.
If it's been more than 48 hours, double-check that you entered the DNS records exactly as shown in Settings → Domains. Even a small typo will prevent it from working.
I'm not receiving the confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, try signing up again with the same email address — the system will resend it.
Something else isn't working
If you're still stuck, describe what you're seeing — include any error messages visible on screen.
