Frequently asked questions
- What counts as a "site"?
- Each deployed ZIP is one site. You can redeploy it as many times as you want — only the number of active sites at any given time counts toward your plan.
- Do you charge for bandwidth or builds?
- No. Pricing is based on how many sites you host, not how much traffic they get or how often you deploy. We use fair-use limits internally for extreme edge cases, but the vast majority of customers never hit them.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. Changes take effect immediately and you are billed pro-rata for the remainder of your billing cycle.
- What happens if I go over my site limit?
- We'll notify you before anything gets taken offline. You won't lose your sites — we just ask you to upgrade or remove some before publishing new ones.
- Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
- Yes — reach out to hello@roasthive.com and we'll sort something out.
